I recently had an amazing winter trip with my mom at a hotel in the Mammoth area near Yellowstone National Park. The hotel's beautifully renovated and historic atmosphere really added to the overall experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the guided activities offered to explore the park in winter. The hotel staff were incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and made our stay fun and interesting.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Nice place to stay in Yellowstone National Park, nothing too much trouble. We will be back if the opportunity arises.
Nothing for me.

We liked the balcony, it was small. In a hurry we visited grant village cafeteria nearby. Beaver ponds loop trail was situated on the doorstep.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for families. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a positive experience. The breakfast at the on-site dining room is delicious, with options like omelettes and blueberry pancakes. Limited dining options within the hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and geothermal features. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, which was great for keeping our drinks cold.
The room was very dated and in need of some serious renovations. The walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors and their TV all night.

The hotel was located in a beautiful natural area, with a lot of space around it to enjoy the outdoors. We liked the fact that there were many different tours offered by different providers for exploring the surroundings. Another plus was the opportunity to see wild animals up close, which was really exciting.
The staff seemed understaffed and not properly trained to handle the volume of guests they were serving. The Wi-Fi was also weak and unreliable, which was frustrating when we needed to check our emails or plan our activities.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the Mammoth Hot Springs and the surrounding area. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and provide a great view, just like in the A31 cabin. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing a map and directions upon check-in.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
